At MEDA, we’re both a solar gear supplier and a professional installation company. Whether you're buying a complete kit or individual components, we aim to make the process smooth and clear — especially if you're working with your own electrician.

What's Included (Free)

• Wiring diagrams included with our kits to assist qualified electricians
• Basic product guidance — system layout, component compatibility, and setup notes
• Access to installation resources and manuals provided with your purchase

Additional Support (Charged)

If you’re not using MEDA for your installation, we offer advanced technical support at:

$200/hour + GST, billed in 15-minute increments

This includes:

• Custom wiring assistance beyond the supplied diagrams
• Troubleshooting issues not related to a fault with supplied gear
• System design changes or modifications to standard layouts

We’re always happy to help — but for systems we don’t install ourselves, detailed support is a paid service.
