Always charged, never stranded, this DC-to-DC charger keeps your start and secondary batteries charged. Using power from your vehicle’s alternator or solar, the BCDC Alpha’s built in Green Power Priority™ minimises the load on your alternator, prioritising solar input and saving fuel.

When paired with the included Smart Battery Monitor, the BCDC Alpha100 R can distinguish between current sent to your battery and to the loads in your system.

If the Charge Current is set below maximum, the charger taps into this unused current to supply your system’s loads directly, minimising reliance on your battery. The result? Less demand on your battery and an extended lifespan for worry-free adventures.

Unlike standard DC chargers, the BCDC Alpha100 R adjusts its charge mode in real time to meet your battery’s needs, maximising efficiency and extending lifespan. It functions as a true battery manager. The BCDC Alpha100 R also features the capability to seamlessly revive and charge a fully flattened lithium battery. 

START BATTERY CHARGING

Recover a flat start battery, giving you the power to safely start your vehicle and get you back on the road in no time. Don’t let excess solar power go to waste, utilise solar to automatically top up the start battery when the secondary battery is full.

The BCDC Alpha100 R’s screw connections allow for a simple installation. There’s no solder or tricky wiring configurations making installation a breeze.

For international orders, freight will be calculated at time of checkout. Orders will be shipped from our factory in Lonsdale with delivery timeframes dependant on location.
